The Model 860-308 (below left and below right)
is designed to be used in conjunction with a corona device such as might
be used in engine pollution control. The Model 860-308 input rating
is nominally 12 to 13.8 vdc from an auto battery (or equal) and the input
connections are "wires to pc board terminals". The Driver Assy for
driving the transformer, Model 860-307 (below middle) is part of Model
860-308.
The output voltage rating of the 860-308 is up to 22
Kvac (peak to peak) with a current rating of up to 4.7 mA, with adjustments
available to achieve the desired output current. The frequency range
is 20 KHz to 50 KHz and three (3) adjustments are provided to adjust the
frequency to achieve the desired output current. The minus (-) input
and the minus (-) output terminals are common. The output connection
is a "pigtail high voltage wire".
Size of the Model 860-308: Rectangular, 10" long
x 3.1" wide x 3.1" high.
